How many Hideout locations are currently available?

Right now, we have one charming location just outside of Cookeville, TN (formerly known as Sulfur Ridge). We're excited to expand and are actively looking for new spots across the USA.

Is there WiFi at Hideout locations?

Yes, we provide complimentary WiFi for all our guests.

Are we pet-friendly?

Absolutely! We love pets and welcome them for a $100 fee per pet. We kindly ask that you don't bring unauthorized pets and that you keep your furry friends under control during your stay. For everyone's safety, pets should not roam freely without a human companion.

When is check-in and check-out?

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. If you need a bit more time, we offer early check-in and late check-out for an additional $50, subject to availability.

What is the payment and cancellation policy?

We require 100% of the total cost at the time of booking. If your plans change, we offer a 100% refund up to 14 days before your arrival and no refund within 14 days of your arrival. We stick to these policies to ensure fairness for all guests.

Is there a minimum number of nights?

Yes, we have a one-night minimum stay requirement and do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

You can book up to one year in advance. If you'd like to book further out, you'll need to reserve the entire property. Feel free to contact us for more details.
